If you want to work with me one-on-one for your productivity or leadership, Coaching is a great option. I can work with you virtually, no matter where you are in the world.
Two Types of Productivity Coaching: Weekly Coaching & Power Coaching
You can get two types of productivity coaching at Productive for Good, Weekly Coaching sessions and Power Coaching sessions. (1) Weekly 30-45 min coaching sessions to help you establish and improve upon your productivity system, and (2) short 5-10 min Power Coaching sessions to give you the guidance you need, when you need it, as quickly as possible. Weekly sessions are comparable to a good night’s sleep – they’re critical for recalibrating, cleaning out your system, etc. Power Coaching sessions are comparable to power naps – they don’t replace a night’s sleep but are valuable tools for changing your mental state, right when you need it most.
Weekly Productivity Coaching Sessions
As an Productivity Coach, my goal is to make it easier for you to get your work done in an intentional, satisfying, and low-stress way. I help you to identify and remove any obstacles in your path.
What you get from weekly Productivity Coaching sessions with me...
I guide you through the Productivity and/or Leadership tools I’ve developed and how they apply to your work.
When things aren’t going the way you’d like or expect, I help you get back on track.
I have a deep practical and conceptual understanding of Productivity and Leadership that most coaches lack.
Who is holding you to the Productivity and Leadership goals you set for yourself? I can do that.
A 4-session Weekly Coaching package currently costs $500. This includes free access to the Quick-Start Guide to Intentional Productivity.
If Coaching is more than you can afford, I encourage you to start with the online course(s). If you’ve worked through those and still feel a strong need for coaching, email me to discuss other options. I also offer an Equity, Nonprofit, & Educational Discounted rate of $450/mo. See this page for more details on discounted rates.
If you put the work in to applying these tools/strategies to your productivity or leadership and don’t see any benefits after the first month, you’ll get a full refund. I’m convinced these systems work and don’t want you to worry about not getting your money’s worth.
Power Coaching Sessions
Power Coaching sessions are different from typical weekly coaching sessions. Imagine this:
You just spent the last hour down some internet rabbit hole, reading or watching videos about something that caught your interest but is not at all related to the tasks you had planned to work on today. But you’re in a mental fog that makes it difficult to intervene in this downward spiral you find yourself in. You might have a good grasp of the core productivity concepts and tools but in your current mental state it’s difficult to remember what those are and which you should be using now.
Does this ring a bell? This is particularly common for people with ADHD or similar challenges and I’ve found myself there many many times. This is when you really need someone else to snap you out of it to help you get back on track – preferably someone with a good grasp on productivity and your own unique situation. This is what Power Coaching gives you. You give me a call and after a 5-10 min conversation you have a simple action plan to get you back on track. Most days of the week I’ll answer immediately or call you back soon after. Power Coaching gives you expert guidance, when you really need it.
Note that Power Coaching sessions are only available to current or former weekly coaching clients. The relationship we build during those weekly coaching sessions and my understanding of your unique situation are what enable me to quickly help you in such a short period of time. I also put a limit on the number of Power Coaching clients I have to make sure I’m available when you need me and that the calls aren’t too disruptive to the rest of my work/life.
A one-month Power Coaching package gives you an average of up to 3 short calls per week, whenever you need them (it’s alright if some weeks go a bit above 3 calls and others go a bit below).
Monthly cost for current Weekly Coaching clients: $250/mo (in addition to the cost of the weekly sessions)
Monthly cost for former Weekly Coaching clients: $300/mo

Is Coaching necessary?
I designed the online Intentional Productivity and Intentional Leadership courses so that they would give you all the knowledge and tools you need to implement these systems in your own life without the help of coaching. That said, the coaching will give you more personalized guidance and significantly increase the chances that you’ll successfully and quickly incorporate these tools/strategies into your daily routine.
Should I start with the online course(s) before trying coaching?
This depends on what you think will work best for you. If you think you have the motivation to work through the online course(s) on your own before beginning coaching sessions, that would be fine. If you know that you’re unlikely to get through the online course(s) on your own (even though they’re intentionally short!) and think you need the coaching to keep you on track, then let’s try coaching from the start.
What do we do during the sessions?
This will depend on your own individual needs. If you haven’t yet worked through the Quick-Start Guide to Intentional Productivity, we would start by working through those tools. Once you have a good grasp on the tools, we will focus on how to apply them to your Productivity or Leadership challenges that are most pressing at the time.
How long are sessions?
Weekly Coaching sessions typically run from 30–45 minutes. Power Coaching calls typically run from 5-10 minutes.
How often would we meet?
We can start at once a week or once every other week. Once you are comfortable with the different tools/strategies, we can go to once a month if you still want occasional check-ins.
How long does it last?
The minimum length is 4 sessions. This is sufficient for some people who just need a kickstart in applying these tools. I’ve had other clients work with me for anywhere from a couple months to a couple years. It all depends on your needs and what you find helpful. I ask for an initial 4-session commitment to give us time to pick up some momentum. Beyond that, you are free to stop the coaching at any time.
