The Productivity and Leadership Guide programs are designed to bridge your unique expertise with the productivity and/or leadership knowledge and tools you need to help your clients to make lasting behavioral and organizational changes.
The Big Picture
Productivity Guide Example
If you tell a client, team member, or student that they should be doing something new or in a different manner, but that person lacks a productivity system that helps them to follow through with behavior changes, then the change is unlikely to stick. As a Productivity Guide, you’d be better at crafting your suggestions so that they’re easier for the other person to follow-through on. And, if you think it necessary, you could even direct them towards some relevant videos (which you have access to as a Productivity Guide), so that they learn what they need to more productively take action on your suggestions without you needing to teach them all of it yourself.
Leadership Guide Example
Similarly, you might have clear recommendations for changes an organization should make, but do your clients understand how to effectively lead those changes? As a Leadership Guide, you could craft your recommendation so that it includes the different aspects of leadership that are important for lasting change and improvement. And if you think it appropriate, you could share relevant videos on Intentional Leadership with your client so that they learn what they need without you having to teach it to them yourself.
A Bridge Between your Expertise and Productive Outcomes
You know what changes your clients need to make in themselves or their organizations based on your experience and expertise. We’ll give you the productivity and leadership knowledge and resources you need to help your recommendations turn into the desired outcomes.
Consultants, coaches, managers, teachers, etc., bring valuable, first-hand experience and expertise in particular industries (e.g., technology, nonprofit, healthcare) or with particular topics (e.g., product development, marketing, diversity and inclusion). Their experience and training likely does not, however, include a solid grounding in productivity or leadership. Even those who did complete an MBA or other related graduate programs tend to only walk away with a very basic notion of productivity or a generic list of “things leaders should do,” not a system that allows them to easily diagnose an individual’s or organization’s specific productivity or leadership needs and prescribe actions that their clients can take to improve. The Guide program is intended to give you (1) a solid understanding of productivity and/or leadership in a small amount of time and (2) access to resources you can share with clients so that they can easily learn what they need to know about productivity or leadership without you needing to be the one to teach it all to them.

Guide Certificate Program Pricing
If you want to be a Productivity and/or Leadership Guide, you need to complete the Productivity and/or Leadership Guide program(s). This training will allow you to diagnose the productivity and/or leadership side to clients’ situations and make appropriate recommendations. It will also give you the knowledge and tools you need to improve the effectiveness of your own services by understanding how they can more effectively enable clients to take productive action as individuals and leaders. If this is all you’re looking for, then there would only be one-time fees for the Productivity and/or Leadership Guide Certificate programs (the Productivity Guide and Leadership Guide certificate programs are separate, so you may wish to do one or both of them).
As a certified guide, you will also have a 10% discount code that you can give to your clients if you think some clients would benefit from the Intentional Productivity and/or Intentional Leadership courses and would rather send them to the courses than trying to teach the client all of the concepts and strategies yourself. If, in addition to this, you want to be able to give a group of clients free access to the Intentional Productivity and/or Intentional Leadership courses, then you would also want to look into the different bulk course packages (see below).
Discounted Rates Available
In order for Intentional Productivity and Intentional Leadership to be used for the good of all, it needs to be accessible to all. Yet we live in a world that has inequity embedded into it. The social and political forces that shape our lives concentrate resources, wealth, and opportunities into the hands of a few, to the detriment of the many. Systemic inequities and racism continue to hurt BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ people, as well as disabled people, refugees, and migrant workers. Our discounted pricing options reflect a desire to actively work against this inequitable distribution of resources and opportunities by making this course truly accessible to groups who historically and currently face systemic barriers. If you fit in one of these groups, please take a look below at the discounted pricing options. We also offer discounted rates for people working in a nonprofit, in education (as educator or student), doing social justice work, or doing ecological justice work. If you are in one or more of these groups that are eligible for a discount but prefer to pay the normal rate for any reason, that’s completely your choice.

We also recognize that the above rates, even when discounted, may be uncomfortably high for some. If you worry that the cost would make it difficult for you to afford necessary monthly expenses (e.g., rent, utilities, groceries), then email matt@productiveforgood.org so that we can explore other payment options. If you feel a need for a particular program, we don’t want money to be a barrier.
Bulk Course Packages
The guide certification programs may be sufficient for many Guides’ needs, but some may also be interested in bulk course packages. If productivity and/or leadership is important to your clients’ work but not the focus of your own expertise or services, being a certified guide gives you enough expertise to help guide your clients in the right direction. A bulk course package then allows you to share the Self-Paced Intentional Productivity and/or Intentional Leadership courses with your clients so that they can learn the core concepts and tools in an efficient manner that doesn’t require you having to reinvent the wheel.
When purchasing a bulk course package, you will get access to your own private course management page with which you can view and monitor client progress on the courses.
There are many details and nuances in the Intentional Productivity and Intentional Leadership systems – by sending clients to the courses, you can count on your clients having access to all the knowledge and skills they need, as well as a discussion forum in which they can ask questions that you may not feel comfortable answering. Although certified guides will be given a 10% discount code that they can give to clients, many clients will be reluctant to spend additional money on the course. A bulk course package allows you to make the course(s) freely available to your clients, making them more likely to complete the course(s) – this means they’re more likely to internalize the knowledge and skills that you believe they would benefit from. It’s also simply additional value that you can add to your own services for a relatively small expense for yourself. If you’re interested in purchasing less than 5 courses at a time for your clients, you can also purchase the individual courses yourself at a 10% discount here.
These bulk course packages are intended to support other related services a Productivity and/or Leadership Guide offers and NOT intended for resale (i.e., reselling these individual courses at a higher cost to people). In other words, clients should NOT be coming to you to just purchase this course – they should be coming to you for a related service (e.g., executive coaching) that these Intentional Productivity and/or Intentional Leadership courses are only one part of.

*Groups facing systemic inequity include (but are not limited to) black, indigenous, and people of color, LGBTQIA+ people, disabled people, refugees, and migrant workers. If you are in one of these groups or some other group that faces systemic inequity, or are currently facing financial hardship, please consider using this discounted rate.
We also recognize that the above rates, even when discounted, may be uncomfortably high for some. If you worry that the cost would make it difficult for you to afford necessary monthly expenses (e.g., rent, utilities, groceries), then email matt@productiveforgood.org so that we can explore other payment options. We don’t want to turn away anyone who has a strong motivation to dive into this system.
Note that these bulk rates are only applicable to the Self-Paced course – not the Live Group Session or Guide Certificate programs. The bulk savings percentages presented in the table are in reference to the amount saved according to the cost of a single Self-Paced Intentional Leadership course within that pricing category (normal pricing or discounted).
Bulk course packages are not eligible for return. If uncertain of how many courses you would need for clients, please purchase a smaller package. If a Guide wishes to purchase access to less than 5 courses, the individual courses can be purchased at a 10% discount using this link.
Visit the Intentional Productivity course page or Intentional Leadership course page for other logistics (e.g., live group session dates) relevant to those specific tracks.
