Paid work takes up most of our time and few of us are fortunate enough to be paid for work that allows us to follow our passions for social change. Improving your productivity and control over how you use your time is a necessary first step in finding the freedom to pursue the social changes that you want to see, even if it means taking small steps in the beginning.
Why Your LEADERSHIP Matters:
For social change to be lasting, it needs to change how people see the world. Not in a coercive way – it’s more a process of guiding people where they would want to go anyways if they saw the situation more clearly. Helping people to see the world differently is a core function of leadership.
