When: 4 Thursdays, 12:00-1:00 EST, August 17th – September 7th
You know what projects you want to make progress on over the next few weeks. Now you need to act on it, but that’s hard on your own – particularly with ADHD. This group coaching series, and the additional resources and support that come with it, will give you what you need to make progress on the projects that matter the most.
There will be a focus in these sessions on tools to support adults with ADHD. If you have ADHD, or think you might have it or something similar, you are welcome to join.
What you get with the coaching sessions:
1. Four 1-hour group coaching sessions: We’ll get support from each other, learn from each other, and do some troubleshooting. Group coaching sessions will be recorded if you can’t make every session.
2. Actionable resources: To help with the inevitable challenges, you will also get access to my Quick-Start Guide to Intentional Productivity, which includes short videos on tools and techniques for managing your mind, your tasks, your time, and your distractions. I’ll coach you through these techniques, as needed, during our live sessions.
3. Private group chat: You’ll also have access to a private online group chat in which you can share progress, ask questions, and continue connecting with others in between coaching sessions.
