Build productivity habits your ADHD brain will love—in just 3 weeks.

🚀 What is the ADHD Reboot?

The ADHD Reboot is a 3-week bootcamp to finally get in control of your productivity, as quickly as possible.

🗓️ Lasting Change in 3 Weeks

Quick change isn't just possible, it's a better approach for ADHDers.
Lasting change in 3 weeks—how is that possible? Our ADHD brains like to dive into things, going all in, and then moving on. We're good at learning and doing things quickly when we feel the internal pull/pressure to do so.
Slowly learning and incorporating new skills into your life is boring—you know your mind can't stand boring things. A quick sprint is more likely to lead to lasting changes.

👥 Who Is The Program For?

This program is designed for knowledge workers (e.g., experts, entrepreneurs, and content creators) who have or suspect they have ADHD.

Here are a few knowledge worker job examples:

  • Writers & content creators
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Consultants & subject matter experts
  • Researchers & analysts
  • Designers & developers
  • College Professors

What do these different jobs have in common?

  • 💭 Your work involves thinking through things, figuring things out, and creating new things.
  • 🧠 Your ability to do your work well depends on how well your mind is functioning at any given moment.
  • 🕒 You have flexibility in how you schedule your work time throughout the day, which is a blessing and a curse for your productivity.

If your job isn't in the above list but shares these characteristics, you're welcome to join the program!

🧩 Program Components

These are the special ingredients that make this program effective.

3 Weeks, 2x Per Week

We meet twice a week (90 min), for 3 weeks.

Practical Skillsets

You'll learn and practice a toolkit of techniques created by me, a productivity psychologist.

Supportive Group

It's easier to stick with doing new things with a group of other ADHDers doing the same.

We'll Push You

We'll help you stay motivated if you lose steam.

⏱️ What's the Time Commitment?

Live Sessions: Six 90-minute sessions, twice weekly over 3 weeks. All learning, reflection exercises, and group activities happen during these sessions—no homework or outside prep required.

Between Sessions: Your job is to practice the techniques we cover and share successes/struggles with the group. Some technique examples:

  • When you're mentally depleted, use a 2-minute mental restart (or 10-minute restorative technique if needed).
  • Spend a few minutes throughout your day using the time management process.

These techniques directly improve your work and well-being—they're the point of the program. Only join if you're ready to use techniques like this in real life. (If you've struggled to stick with things like this before, don't worry—effective habit building is a primary focus of the program.)

Who Leads It?

This ADHD Reboot is led by me, Dr. Matt Jarman, founder of Productive for Good and creator of the ADHD Reboot. I'm a productivity psychologist, ADHD coach, former psychology professor, and have been teaching productivity for 20 years. I consider ADHD my superpower.

With my unique combination of expertise in psychology, productivity, and ADHD, combined with my personal experience struggling and then thriving with ADHD throughout graduate school and work, I've created a program you won't find elsewhere.

This program also focuses on the Productivity Control framework, a system I created and use with all of my ADHD clients.

🎯 Program Focus: Map, Toolbox, & Implementation

1. You'll learn the Productivity Dashboard, a map for assessing which of 4 factors are holding your work back right now.

2. You'll learn practical techniques for each of the 4 key Productivity Skillsets:

Managing Your Mind

Managing your thoughts, energy, and emotions.

Managing Your Time

Using your limited time well and to create a sense of urgency.

Managing Your Tasks

Capturing, organizing, and breaking down tasks.

Managing Your Pulls

Creating and maintaining a strong mental pull for unpleasant tasks. Pulls are the key to thriving with ADHD.

3. We'll start turning the techniques into habits. We'll identify what small changes will lead to the biggest changes in your productivity. We'll then start building those habits.

💬 What Participants Think…

🤔 Is this program right for you?

Does ADHD or something similar get in the way of your work?

Do frequent distractions and procrastination significantly slow you down or prevent you from achieving work and personal goals? If so, this program is for you. No formal ADHD diagnosis is required.

Are you looking for productivity-focused guidance?

This ADHD program focuses on helping you to be more productive and engaged in your work. It doesn't focus on other aspects of life with ADHD (e.g., relationships).

**Are you ready to go all-in?

We're not talking about slow, gradual changes over months—this is an intensive 3-week sprint where you'll be actively trying new techniques, experimenting with what works for your brain, and building momentum fast. You'll be expected to experiment with multiple techniques each week, track what's working (and what isn't), and share your experiences with the group.

FAQs

We do not currently accept any insurance (ADHD Coaching isn't usually covered by insurance these days), but clients may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for reimbursement (see the next FAQ).

If the coaching is more than you can afford, fill out this form to explore other payment options. We don’t want money to be a barrier.

Good news! The IRS now allows ADHD coaching to be reimbursed through HSA/FSA plans under the category of "health coaching" in certain circumstances. To ensure your plan will cover these services:

  1. Contact your HSA/FSA administrator to verify coverage (you'll find their contact info on your card or account statement).
  2. Ask about Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) requirements - you may need one from your healthcare provider stating that ADHD coaching is medically necessary. (Before getting an LMN, you may also need a formal ADHD diagnosis if you don't already have one.)
  3. I provide detailed receipts describing these ADHD coaching services as health coaching for your reimbursement submissions.

Important: Please verify coverage with your HSA/FSA plan administrator before beginning coaching services if you plan to seek reimbursement.

You do NOT need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with me. Do you struggle to pay attention to your work because you’re so bored? Do you frequently try to do one task and then get sidetracked by other tasks, ideas, or distractions? Is procrastination a frequent struggle?

If you answered yes to any of these, then I can help you.

Our coaching is action and skill-focused. We teach you how to determine what's holding you back right now and what techniques you can use to get back on track.

Therapy, on the other hand, tends to focus on deeper psychological/emotional issues related to living with ADHD.

As a Productivity Psychologist, I'll also give you techniques that are outside a therapist's expertise.

Given the different focus of coaching and therapy, the two also make a great combination.

That's great! Our coaching programs will strengthen the effectiveness of that counseling.

Our coaching is skill-focused and is different from typical ADHD counseling. As a Productivity Psychologist, I give you techniques that your therapist won't be familiar with (not a critique of your therapist – their area of expertise is simply different).

So our ADHD coaching would be a great addition to any counseling/therapy you might already be receiving.

Put simply, it's a psychologist with special expertise in productivity. Psychologists who do therapy don't have expertise in productivity, but productivity techniques are of particular importance for clients with ADHD.

Technically, I'm an Organizational Psychologist. This is someone who studies and consults on work-related behavior. Since the focus of my work is on productivity, I call myself a "Productivity Psychologist". It's more intuitive than "Organizational Psychologist", right??

Do you like the idea of learning the skills needed to turn boring work into something you’re eager to dive into?

Do you want to feel in control of how you spend your time?

If you answered yes, then this coaching is what you need!

That depends on your needs...

If you're really struggling and have the time and money to do 1-on-1 Coaching, that's the best way to get enough personalized support.

If you can't afford 1-on-1 coaching or prefer being part of a group, Group Coaching is the next best thing.

If you don't think you need weekly sessions with me and are most interested in learning to use the different techniques I recommend, then give the Text Coaching a try!
